• Surface Enhancement: By applying Berger’s Damp Shield Elasto and Ruff N Tuff Pearl Spray Texture, we were able to smooth out uneven surfaces and effectively deal with surface imperfections. This step also ensured greater durability and better aesthetics.
• Labour Resource Management: To combat the shortage of labour, Berger Paints India Limited introduced multiple teams of applicators with dedicated supervisors to ease the work burden and streamline operations.
• Cost Optimisation: We efficiently reduced costs by procuring materials through E5 Infrastructure Private Limited.

Conclusion:

The Centurion Park project progressed at a steady pace and was completed as per schedule by October 2023. Berger Paints India Limited’s timely intervention and carefully picked strategic measures gave the project a much-needed facelift and helped bring about its timely completion.
